In the JSC Riga International Coach Terminal — a quality management system is established and certified —  in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard. The scope of the quality management system is provisions of transport services for passengers, ticket sales, and coach run accounting management, which is the basis of the activities of JSC Riga International Coach Terminal.

The quality policy of JSC Riga International Coach Terminal — is focused on fulfilling the mission and achieving strategic goals. This means — providing regional and international coach passenger carriers and passengers with high-quality and safe services which meet the State mobility policy and market demand.

JSC Riga International Coach Terminal implements the quality policy in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard and undertakes to ensure continuous improvement of the quality management system effectiveness.
